1 Shipping Policy:
  • 1.1 Shipping Methods:

  • 1.3 Delivery Time:
    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 working days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier services.
  • 1.4 Tracking Information:
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • 1.5 Shipping Address:
    • 1.5.1 We will only ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipment address provided during your purchase.
      1.5.2 Please ensure correct addresses and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order.
      1.5.3 We do not ship to P.O Boxes (Post-Office Box) and only to valid legitimate shipping addresses.
      1.5.4 We will not be liable in the event of an incorrect shipping address is provided and goods are returned to us.
      1.5.5 All re-delivery of goods to you will be charged for an associated shipping charges which will be disclosed upon request for a second delivery attempt.
2 Cancellation Policy:
  • 2.1 Cancellation Period:
    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
  • 2.2 Cancellation Process:
    To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team with your order number and request for cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request if it falls within the cancellation period.
3 Return Policy
  • 3.1 The following are the policies to be eligible for return requests after shipment/ receipt of goods:
    • 3.1.1 You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send to the address provided by our customer service.
      3.1.2 Orders are returnable within 3 working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you if they are incorrect, damaged or defective.
      3.1.3 Only items that have been purchased directly from www.maxxlifeintl.com can be eligible for a return.
      3.1.4 Any Maxxlife International Sdn. Bhd. product purchased through other retailers is not eligible for this policy and must be in accordance to the respective retailers’ returns and refunds policy.
  • 3.2 Goods are eligible for a return if the following are applied:
    • 3.2.1 Incorrect:
      The item is not the item you ordered. Item is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items inside the packaging.
    • 3.2.2 Damaged:
      - The items are found to be damaged upon receipt.
      - Provided with pictures and videos of external packaging and the actual damaged item as supporting evidence.
      - Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges to return goods.
      - Returns are applicable only for a complete Maxxlife International Sdn. Bhd. product.
  • 3.3 Returned items must meet the following requirements:
    • 3.3.1 The item must be shipped back to us within 3 working days upon receipt. (as proved by the postal or courier receipt).
      3.3.2 You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
      3.3.3 Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
      3.3.4 Item must be returned in the original box (or with, at least, suitable packaging) to protect the Product from damage during return delivered.
  • 3.4 Change of order and cancellation of order will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed.
  • 3.5 Any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
  • 3.6 We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund that deemed unfit or unreasonable.
4 Refund Policy:
  • 4.1 Eligibility:
    Refunds are issued for eligible products returned within 3 working days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
  • 4.2 Refund Process:
    To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we’ll refund the amount to you.
  • 4.3 Refund Timeframe:
    Refunds are typically processed within 30 working days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
